All Information and Materials belong to either AIMC or its respective carriers. Removal or reproduction, by any means, of any Information and Materials, logo, trademark, service mark, or the name of AIMC or its respective carriers, is expressly prohibited without the prior written consent of AIMC and the respective carrier.
  5. LICENSE TO USE MATERIALS. AIMC grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, temporary license to use the Information and Materials other than the Software. AIMC, at any time and within its sole and exclusive discretion, may revoke your license to use any Information and Material (including Software) without exception. Under any circumstances, at no time shall the Information and Materials be used in any manner in which AIMC, within its sole and exclusive discretion, deems to be directly or indirectly in competition with AIMC or contrary to AIMC’s best interests or that of its respective carriers.
  6. LICENSE TO USE SOFTWARE. Permission to use the Software is granted only if you have registered to use the Software with AIMC. If you are properly registered to use the Software, AIMC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, temporary license to use the Software. The Software is the sole and exclusive property of AIMC, or AIMC’s third party vendor, as identified by the Software. If AIMC’s authorization to use third party Software expires or terminates, your license to use the Software is immediately and automatically revoked. You agree to use the Software exclusively in conjunction with the marketing of AIMC’s respective carriers’ products in accordance with procedures established by AIMC and its respective carriers. Under no circumstances may you copy the Software or any portion thereof without AIMC’s prior written consent. You are not otherwise authorized to copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or use the Software in any manner other than as expressly authorized in this Agreement.
  7. CHARGES. If AIMC discloses at the time of your use or download of any Information and Materials that AIMC will charge you for use of the Information and Materials, then your use of those Information and Materials means that you agree to pay to AIMC any license or use fee then being charged by AIMC to use specified Information and Materials. All such fees are non – refundable.
  8. COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE SITE. Except as required by privacy laws, if you elect to communicate with AIMC via the website or by e-mail, you acknowledge that the information contained in your message shall not be considered confidential and that AIMC shall be free to disclose or otherwise use such information contained therein without any liability or limitation, including but not limited to creating and marketing products and/or services using such information. AIMC is not responsible and shall not be liable for the contents of information, messages or other content posted to the website by visitors or persons other than AIMC employees.   13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to that state’s principles of conflicts of laws. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts presiding in Cherokee and Fulton Counties, Georgia, and agree to accept service of process by mail and hereby waive any and all jurisdictional and venue defenses otherwise available. This website is controlled and operated by AIMC from its offices within Woodstock, Georgia. AIMC makes no representation that Information and Materials in the website are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from locations where their contents are illegal is prohibited. If you choose to access this website from other locations, you do so on your own volition and you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
